## Qualification Management Overview

> Employee qualifications are critical for the safety and efficiency of your organisation. WILSON helps you manage all qualifications centrally, keep employees up to date, and meet compliance requirements – so your operational staff always fulfil the qualification requirements for every shift.

## What you can do with Qualification Management

With the Qualification Management module in WILSON you can:

-   Create, manage, and update qualifications centrally
-   Access and confirm qualifications on mobile
-   Automatically match shift requirements against employee qualifications (shift validation)
-   Receive automatic notifications about expiring qualifications
-   Import qualifications
-   Export qualifications
-   Create supplementary certificates in accordance with TfV
-   View qualifications for employees shared by partners

## Roles and permissions

Qualification management plays a central role in safety and regulatory compliance. Access to qualifications follows the least-privilege principle, meaning only authorised people can make changes.

**\* Operative Employees** Employees with an operative role can only view qualifications assigned to themselves. Access to other people's qualifications is not possible.

**\*\* Special case: Betriebsdisponent** Betriebsdisponenten can view qualifications and attach them as requirements to shifts. They do not have edit or create permissions.
