# WILSON Release Notes - R26.7

Hello WILSON users 👋

This release note provides a brief summary of recent product updates and new features.

📦 This release includes:

-   Search for hotels directly via Premier Inn
-   Default times in the stay form
-   Invoice Note - Add Internal Information to an Invoice
-   Invoice numbers - Assigned only upon finalisation
-   New invoice attachment format (RBU) – Grouped by shift date

## Search for hotels directly via Premier Inn

When creating or editing a hotel stay in the shift timeline, a **Premier Inn** button is now available alongside the existing **Booking.com** and **Google** buttons. Clicking it opens the Premier Inn search page in a new tab — pre-filled with the location and dates from the stay form.

## Default times in the stay form

When creating a new hotel stay, the check-in and check-out fields are now pre-filled with realistic default times: **15:00** for check-in and **10:00** the following day for check-out. Manual correction is only needed when the times differ from the standard.

## Invoice Note – Add Internal Information to an Invoice

You can now add an internal note to any invoice in WILSON. The invoice note is for internal reference only and is visible exclusively within WILSON — it does not appear on the invoice PDF.

This makes it easy to document background information, agreements, or special details directly on the invoice without sharing them externally.

## Invoice Numbers – Assigned Only Upon Finalisation

Invoice numbers are now only assigned when an invoice is finalised. Drafts no longer receive an invoice number — while in draft status, the number field displays the placeholder "n/a".

This keeps the invoice number sequence clean and ensures that numbers are only used for completed, legally relevant invoices.

**What changes:**

-   **Creating / editing a draft** → No invoice number assigned, placeholder "n/a" is displayed
-   **Draft invoice preview** → Also shows "n/a" instead of an invoice number
-   **Finalising an invoice** → The system automatically assigns the next sequential invoice number

💡 **Note:** This change applies only to newly created invoices. Existing invoices are not affected. External references from a leading billing system can now be captured using the [Invoice Note](https://support.wilson.menlo79.com/de/article/rechnungsnotiz-zusatzliche-informationen-hinterlegen).

## New invoice attachment format (RBU) – Grouped by shift date

WILSON now supports a new format for the invoice attachment (RBU). With the new option "Grouped by shift date", all activities are displayed in an activity-based layout and grouped by shift date.

**How to set up the new format:**

1.  Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Invoice
2.  Under "Table organisation", select "Activity-based"
3.  Under "Detailed display", select the new option "Grouped by shift date"
4.  Open an invoice — the preview will display the new RBU format
5.  Click "Download" and verify the PDF

## Company logo on the shift PDF export

Your company logo will now automatically appear on the shift PDF export. If no logo has been uploaded, the WILSON logo will be used by default.

You can upload your logo under **Settings → Company Settings → General**.

## WILSON Mobile app update – Calendar week 25

A new version of WILSON Mobile for Android and iOS is being released in the week of 15–19 June 2026. Users will be notified directly in the app via a pop-up and can choose to install the update at their convenience.

This release includes a range of bug fixes and performance improvements, making the app faster and more reliable in day-to-day use.
