# WILSON Release Notes - R26.8

Hello WILSON users 👋

This release note provides a brief summary of recent product updates and new features.

## Qualification profiles: employee coverage at a glance

Until now, you had to open each person's profile individually to check whether they meet a qualification profile. From now on, you can see this directly in the profile drawer: a new **Employees** section shows all staff with a coverage indicator and qualification status – so you can spot training needs in seconds.

**How it works:**

The **coverage indicator** shows in *x/y* format how many of the required qualifications a person currently holds as valid:

-   **Green** – all qualifications present and valid
-   **Yellow** – partially met
-   **Grey** – none of the required qualifications present

Employees with a coverage of 75 % or more automatically appear in the **Suggested employees** section at the top of the list. The **qualification status column** additionally shows whether qualifications are expiring soon, have already expired, or are missing entirely – with a tooltip showing the exact names.
