01 Account aktivieren und initiales Passwort festlegen

Instructions:

Before you can use WILSON you need to activate your account and set an initial password. 

Process:

Step 1:  Install the WILSON app. For Android devices, you can find the app in the Google PlayStore, for Apple devices in the AppStore. Your company may also use an internal app store. If in doubt, ask your administrator.

Step 2: Open the WILSON app.

If you have already received an email from "Menlo79" with the subject "Choose your initial WILSON password" continue with step 4.

If you haven't received an email yet or if your password link has expired, continue on here with step 3:

Step 3: Click "Forgot your password?" in the app. Then enter your work email address and click "Submit".

Step 4: You will now receive an email with the subject "Choose your initial WILSON password" open the email and click on the link it contains.

Step 5: Set your new password.

Step 6: Go back to the WILSON app and log in with your email address and the password you chose.
