This release note provides a brief summary of recent product updates and new features.

📦 This release includes:

• Qualification profiles: employee coverage at a glance

Qualification profiles: employee coverage at a glance

Until now, you had to open each person's profile individually to check whether they meet a qualification profile. From now on, you can see this directly in the profile drawer: a new Employees section shows all staff with a coverage indicator and qualification status – so you can spot training needs in seconds.

How it works:

The coverage indicator shows in x/y format how many of the required qualifications a person currently holds as valid:

• Green – all qualifications present and valid
• Yellow – partially met
• Grey – none of the required qualifications present

Employees with a coverage of 75 % or more automatically appear in the Suggested employees section at the top of the list. The qualification status column additionally shows whether qualifications are expiring soon, have already expired, or are missing entirely – with a tooltip showing the exact names.
