Update on mobile app issues (March 2026)
Dear WILSON users and customers,
Over the past few days, issues occurred following an update to our mobile app, which affected your day-to-day work. We would like to sincerely apologise for this.
The issues have since been resolved.
We recommend that all users update to the latest version of the app. Further information regarding issues with submitting shifts can be found here:

What happened?
With the latest release, several changes were introduced to the mobile app. One of the goals was to further improve the app, including more flexible configuration of fields, a more consistent user experience, and clearer handling of planned vs. actual times for self-reported shifts.
During implementation, however, more areas of the app needed to be adjusted on a technical level than originally anticipated. As a result, some functionalities were affected that were not part of the initial scope. These additional impacts were not fully visible, meaning not all affected scenarios were covered during testing.
Current status
- On 20 March, we released an initial update (version 13035.0.0) shortly after the first reports
- Additional issues were addressed with a further release on 26 March (version 13071.0.0)
- Our team continues to work on resolving remaining non-critical topics and implementing further improvements
What we are improving to prevent this in the future
We fully understand how critical stability and reliability are for your daily operations. We take this situation very seriously and are continuously improving our processes to prevent similar issues going forward.
We have already initiated several measures:
- Expansion of automated testing
All identified issues are being incorporated into our automated tests to ensure even broader coverage in the future - More controlled releases
Larger updates will be rolled out more gradually and tested in advance through beta phases with selected users (e.g. via TestFlight for iOS and beta programmes in Google Play) - Stronger internal quality gates
In addition to technical testing, we are strengthening functional checks before releases to ensure that key use cases work correctly and reliably
If you have any questions or further feedback, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your trust and your patience.
Kind regards,
Stefan Wagner
