Improved Real-Time Time Tracking in the WILSON App
We’ve enhanced real-time time tracking in the WILSON mobile app to make it more flexible, faster, and better suited to real-world operations.
Precise start times when starting a shift
Previously, users could only select a duration for the first activity when starting a shift.
Now, start and end times can be entered explicitly.
Your benefit
- Faster tracking if the shift started a few minutes earlier
- No manual corrections afterwards
- More accurate data from the start
New option: Start a new activity
If there is no planned activity after the current one, users can now choose to:
- End the shift, or
- Start a new activity immediately
The app opens a modal to capture the details of the next activity.

- Fewer clicks, fewer interruptions
Set the actual start time when switching activities
When switching to the next planned activity, users can now define the exact start time.
Previously, the app used the click time and required manual corrections for both activities; now users enter the correct start time once and the app adjusts everything automatically.
